Shopping terms for Omnia Pools Nepal, including NPR pricing, model selection, order confirmation, delivery arrangements and support.

## Prices and model selection

Prices are shown in Nepalese rupees. Select the exact model before adding an item to your cart. Check dimensions, electrical requirements and connection sizes against your installation. Product images help identify the range; supplied accessories and finish depend on the selected model. Contact us if a detail is unclear.

## Orders and fulfilment

Keep your order reference and confirmation link. We will contact you if a pricing, specification or fulfilment issue prevents us from supplying the selected item as ordered. We will not substitute an item or collect an additional charge without your agreement. You can decline a proposed change and request a refund for the affected unshipped items.

Pickup, delivery and return arrangements are set out on our policy pages. Installation and commissioning are separate services unless included in your written quotation.
