Free same-day store pickup

Pickup is free at Karkhana Chowk, Kathmandu. Arrange your visit during store hours, Sunday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. We will confirm the model and collection time before you travel. View the store location.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged separately at the agreed carrier cost. The cost depends on the destination, parcel size, weight and handling needs. We will confirm the charge with you before dispatch. Your online product total excludes delivery when you select a delivery option marked quoted and paid separately.

There is no automatic delivery charge or dispatch without your agreement. If the delivery quote does not suit you, choose free store pickup or cancel before dispatch for a refund of any amount paid for the unshipped order.

Usual delivery times

Allow about 1 to 3 working days within Kathmandu Valley and 3 to 7 working days elsewhere after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Remote routes, holidays, weather and road conditions can take longer. We will confirm the dispatch plan when arranging delivery.

Heavy equipment and installation

Filters, pumps and other bulky equipment may need freight transport. Tell us about road access, unloading needs, stairs or restricted delivery hours before we quote. Delivery does not include installation, plumbing or electrical work unless your written quotation says otherwise.
