Orders and customer support

We use your name, phone number, delivery address and order details to process orders, arrange delivery and provide support. Email is optional at guest checkout and can be used for order updates. If you create an account, we use account details to provide sign-in and order access.

We share information as needed with our hosting and authentication providers, payment providers, delivery partners and service providers that help fulfil your order. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. We do not sell customer information.

Website storage and diagnostics

The website stores cart and display preferences in your browser and uses session storage or cookies for sign-in. Optional first-party diagnostics help us identify problems with pages, carts, sign-in, checkout and payments. They use random browser and tab identifiers, coarse device information, public page paths, performance measurements and outcome codes.

If you sign in, the browser identifier may be linked to your customer record. Diagnostic records expire after 365 days. Diagnostics exclude typed form contents, passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, exact location and query strings. Use Experience privacy in the footer to turn these diagnostics off and remove the local identifier. Operational order and payment records remain.

Your requests

Email contact@omniapools.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may verify your identity before acting. We retain records needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal duties. Turning off optional diagnostics does not delete these records.
